How to send healing energy to people around the world   

  

This is a visualisation that you can do which will transfer Universal Energy through you, as a channel, to others around the world.

Many of us are struggling to feel helpful at a time when so many are suffering in the world. The climate surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic is especially isolating for many and removing the usual human connection that can pass comfort, healing thoughts and intentions through physical touch means that many of us are finding it harder to feel at ease with their normal way of helping to comfort and cheer others being removed.

 We have created this video to help you to show solidarity and to show you how to use energy healing.

This activity is a way in which you can help every day while you are in self isolation, quarantined or on lockdown in your own home. Build this into your daily routine and treat it as care for others and it’s a way that you can feel useful and spread positivity. You will raise your own vibration and that of those you live with and this will pass on in your conversations and messages to others and bring comfort.

  

   

How to channel healing energy

During an unprecedented time in our history, now more than ever is a time to think about others. As we spend more time at home, perhaps parted from our loved ones, neighbours, work colleagues, friends and extended family, we need to reach out to them and others in a different way.

There are people who are currently sick and those who have passed away, leaving behind grieving relatives. There are many people in isolation, as well as so many more who would be comforted to know that someone is thinking of them. What better than to send them healing, hope and love? 

We don’t need to be a registered or trained healer to send absent healing. Love is the most powerful energy.

Just to clarify: Distant healing is healing sent by the power of thought to a person who is physically present but not receiving hands-on healing. Absent healing is sent by thoughts or prayers from a distance to someone who is not physically present (www.SNU.org.uk)

How it works

So here is how it works: you might like to have a recent picture of the person who you want to send healing to. If you don’t have a photo, then write their name and where they live on a piece of paper. If there is more than one person you wish to send healing to, then add their name onto the same piece of paper.  You might want to include ‘humanity’ on your list for healing. 

Find a quiet place to sit where you are comfortable and won’t be disturbed. You may wish to light a candle or tea light. Have the paper next to you. Having read it through once more, close your eyes and then simply breathe and become still. Imagine that you are being bathed in white healing light, so pure, so fine, so bright and abundant. You feel your body is relaxed, not asleep. Bring the person(s) you want to send healing to into your awareness, into your mind, imagine them being bathed in the same light of healing, their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body. The light that you are sending to them is not from you, rather you are the medium through which the light is passing. The source is infinite and pure. It cannot be misused or corrupted. You are sending this light to all of those in need. You are sending universal light. 

A thought as we know is living, it carries energy and when thought is focused in the right direction, amazing things can happen. Intention, of course, is as powerful, if not more, than thought. You should always have good intentions for the person you are directing the healing energy to.

Just imagine that everyone you know and everyone that they know and so on, sat down for ten minutes a day and performed the exercise above, how much healing energy would be sent around the globe. How it may speed up the recovery of our planet at this time. 

After all, you will at least have had a nice, relaxing 10-minute break from your day! 

We are in this together and together we can amplify the healing energy – the more people that take part, the greater the effect so please pass this video on to others.
